Terms of Submission

1. Introduction

These Terms of Submission ("Terms") govern the submission of any business plans, pitch decks, proposals, ideas, information, or other materials (collectively, "Submissions") to Fullcover Investments ("we", "us", or "our") through our website or any other channel. By making a Submission, you ("Submitter" or "you") agree to these Terms.

2. No Confidential Relationship

We receive many Submissions and are actively developing our own projects and ideas. Therefore, unless we have entered into a separate written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you prior to your Submission, no confidential relationship is established by your Submission or our review of it. Information included in your Submission will not be treated as confidential or proprietary, except as may be explicitly stated in our Privacy Policy regarding personal data.

You acknowledge that we may already be working on, or may in the future work on, projects or ideas similar or identical to those contained in your Submission. Our review of your Submission does not preclude us from pursuing any such projects or ideas independently, without any obligation to you.

3. Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that you have the right to make the Submission and that your Submission does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third party. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you may have in your Submission. However, by making a Submission, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to review, evaluate, and internally discuss your Submission for the purpose of considering a potential business relationship.

4. No Obligation

Our receipt and review of your Submission does not imply any obligation on our part to enter into any business relationship, provide funding, offer feedback, or return your Submission. We reserve the right to reject any Submission at our sole discretion, without providing reasons.

We are under no obligation to review your Submission in any specific timeframe, and response times may vary.

5. No Warranty or Representation by Us

We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the potential success or viability of your Submission or any feedback we may (or may not) provide.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Cyprus law, Fullcover Investments shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your Submission or our review thereof.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any Submission shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the acknowledgment box on our submission form and/or by otherwise providing a Submission to us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Submission.
